Refund and Returns Policy

At Adira’s Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Certain products such as jewellery, accessories, or sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or special discount reasons. 

  • We currently do not offer a try-on service. However, if you’re not satisfied, you can still return the product within 7 days, provided it remains unused and in original condition.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.

3. Exchanges

  • You may exchange your product for a different size or design (if available) within the return period.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
