1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Certain products such as jewellery, accessories, or sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or special discount reasons.
- We currently do not offer a try-on service. However, if you’re not satisfied, you can still return the product within 7 days, provided it remains unused and in original condition.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
3. Exchanges
You may exchange your product for a different size or design (if available) within the return period.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
